GDPR-compliant pre-evaluation
With our extensive experience and in-depth expertise in data protection, we guarantee the GDPR-compliant use of AI-supported systems—reliably, securely and in accordance with the law.
Data storage
The applicant data is stored exclusively for the evaluation. After processing, it is completely deleted and only the evaluation note is stored in anonymised form.
Data processing

Our measures at a glance
Two-factor authentication
Access to the AdmitCheck backend can be additionally secured using two-factor authentication (2FA). Two security levels are used: first, users enter their login details (email address and password). They then enter a code from an authenticator app to confirm the login. This procedure offers additional protection against unauthorised access and ensures maximum security when using our services.
Role-based access
With AdmitCheck, you can assign different roles to your employees to protect your applicant data. Thanks to flexible role and authorisation management, you retain control over who can access which information at all times. Every access is automatically registered and logged so that all activities remain transparent and traceable. This system facilitates data protection in two ways: internally, it ensures clear responsibilities and graduated access rights, while externally it can be communicated transparently which teams have which access rights.
